Setanta Sports has today confirmed that it will continue its coverage of the biggest fights in Joe Calzaghe’s exemplary career by scooping the exclusive UK and Ireland broadcast rights for his superfight against “Superman” Roy Jones Jr.
 
Joe Calzaghe vs. Roy Jones Jr. has been officially rescheduled for Saturday, November 8, 2008 at the mecca of boxing, Madison Square Garden in New York City.  The superfight, originally scheduled for September 20, was postponed due to an injury suffered by Calzaghe during training. 
 
The undefeated Calzaghe, boxing’s longest reigning world champion, will put his perfect record on the line against Roy Jones Jr., eight-time world champion in four weight classes.
 
“I can’t wait to get back to America and triumph over another boxing legend,” said Calzaghe.
